We are thrilled that travel specialist Austin-Lehman Adventures has selected Travel with Teens and Tweens as a member of its first annual Top 125 Travel Blogs list. Austin-Lehman Adventures is known for small group tours that combine sports and outdoor activities with distinctive lodging and food. Bike trips are a speciality, although hiking and paddling and even safari trips are available.
The company’s family adventures are targeted at kids ages 7-16. More than 20 trips specifically for families are available across the US, Europe, Central America, South America and the Middle East. Examples include European adventures, Alaska family vacations and family trips to Yellowstone. We have our eye on the Loire Valley Family adventure in France. It includes:
- Stays at elegant hotels and Chateaus
- Bike rides in the Loire Valley
- A visit to the home of Leonardo da Vinci
- Kayaking along the Vienne River
- Tours of medieval towns and castles
Family tours are limited to no more than 18 participants so everyone gets lots of personal attention. If you are looking for something unique that your kids, tweens and teens will remember for years to come, Austin-Lehman Adventures are well worth considering.
